Java CAPS (Java Composite Application Platform Suite) is an enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture suite developed by Sun Microsystems. It provides an enterprise service bus and messaging backbone, tools for data transformation and mapping, and orchestration using standards such as BPEL. A NetBeans-based design environment enables developers to model, test, and deploy integration flows, while centralized administration and monitoring support production operations. The suite offers a broad set of adapters to connect packaged applications (for example, SAP), databases, files, and industry protocols such as HL7 and SWIFT, enabling reliable, message-driven integration across heterogeneous systems. By leveraging open standards—including JMS, XML, and SOAP-based web services—Java CAPS helps organizations expose services, automate business processes, and build composite applications that bridge legacy and modern platforms. It has been widely used in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and government for real-time integration, system modernization, and end-to-end process automation.
Java CAPS is developed by Oracle. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 6.0 and 6.2. The name of the program executable file is netbeans.exe.
